BOOKINGS and RESERVATIONS

A reservation is not considered a firm booking until the appropriate deposit and form has been received.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required.

The balance due must be received no later than 8 weeks before the first day of your booking.

Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing, and will be accommodated wherever possible. A small administrative charge will be required.

A further deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking as a safeguard against any loss or damage which may occur during your stay, however caused. This will be returned to you on a satisfactory exit report from our representative, less costs of reparation (if any). However we will require full reimbursement of any costs in excess of £150.

You must inform us in writing of any cancellation. If cancelled within 30 - 60 days of the booking, 50% of the rental is payable, 30 days or less 100% of the rental is payable. In any event, the deposit is non- refundable.

It is your responsibility to arrange any travel or holiday insurance for the period of your stay.

We, the owners, or our agents or representative do not accept any responsibility or liability occasioned by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire flood, technical weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control.

LIABILITY & SWIMMING POOL

We, the owners, or our agents or representatives do not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. The property has a swimming pool, and the owners or their agents or representatives do not accept responsibility in the event of injury or death caused as a result of the use of the pool. All children must be supervised at all times. Also caution must be taken around wet areas.

OCCUPATION	The person making the booking must be a member of the party or group and must be at least 21 years of age. Only those people listed on the reservation form are permitted to stay at the property and any person under the age of 21 years must be noted on the form. The accommodation is as stated and illustrated on this web site and all our information literature and can be subject to change without notice.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE	The property is available for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
